(*) if you would like the area behind and under the fridge and stove cleaned, you have to pull those appliances out. After we clean those areas, we will push your appliances back in place.
(**) if your oven is self-cleaning, we cannot use an oven cleaner or any abrasive cleaners or pads, as they may damage the oven. We can only wipe the oven with a soft cloth. Self-cleaning ovens have to be put on a self-cleaning cycle the day before the cleaning, as it usually takes a few hours for the oven to go through the cycle and cool down afterwards.
If your oven is not self-cleaning, please spray it with the oven cleaner the night before the cleaning and leave the spray on the kitchen counter as it may need to be re-sprayed and cleaned again after the initial cleaning. (We do not provide spray oven cleaners). Please note that the appointment will take longer as cleaning of the oven that does not have a self-cleaning feature may take almost one hour.
